Principal Lawyer
Don Susantha Katugampala is the Founder-principal lawyer of Fairfield Lawyers. A Law graduate of Monash University, Melbourne in 1997, Don is also an accredited Immigration Specialist of the Law Institute of Victoria. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia and Supreme Court of Victoria and practices Law in both Adelaide and in Melbourne.
In 1999 He established Fairfields Lawyers in Melbourne Australia that gained reputation nationally and internationally in Australian Immigration and Commercial legal advisory. He has advised many companies and investors from Sri Lanka, China, Japan, USA, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, Fiji, Dubai and many other countries to establish company structures in Australia and secure investments in Australia including the services of joint venture agreements between Australian partners, Due-Diligence of companies, Australian Government approvals, Finance agreements with Australian Banks and Investor visa matters. He has helped countless Sri Lankans to legally settle in Australia.
He was also a founding member of Australia Sri Lanka Medical Aid Team (AUSLAMAT) extended millions of dollars’ worth of Medical Aid to people in need in Sri Lanka. Don served as a Board member of the “Sri Lankan Airlines” the national carrier of Sri Lanka in 2018 and 2019.
As an expatriate Sri Lankan Lawyer in Australia, he has made significant contribution to the advancement of ties between the two nations and has been well recognised and respected by the Australian public over many years. He was awarded the ‘Best Lawyer Award’ at the Serendib Sri Lankan Community Awards in Australia three years in a row.
Don also draws from a broad spectrum of expertise in the areas of regulatory advice, including engaging in high level negotiations with governments on behalf of clients.

A seasoned legal professional with a wealth of experience spanning over four decades. His journey in law began with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Jurisprudence from Monash University in 1977, followed by admission to the Supreme Court of Victoria later that year.
Frank’s legal career started as a solicitor in private practice, however his curiosity and passion for the field led him to explore various aspects of law. Having served at the Law Institute of Victoria, where he honed his expertise in different areas.
In 1988, he took the entrepreneurial leap and founded Frank Sabelberg Lawyers in metropolitan Melbourne. As his practice evolved, he expanded and rebranded it as Sabelberg Morocs Lawyers around 2000.
Sabelberg Morcos Lawyers was recognised as a leading legal practice in Migration Law.
His passion for the law has been a driving force throughout his career, and he is always eager to connect with fellow legal professionals and individuals seeking expertise in these areas.

Kenny Yip is a senior legal professional with a wealth of experience spanning over three decades. His journey in law began with a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and he is the founder and Principal of the firm Lincolns Lawyers and Consultants. He began his legal career in Kuala Lumpur in 1986 with the established law firm; Messrs Azman, Davidson & Co.
He has been practicing law in Australia since 1989 and has more than 25 years of experience acting for multi-national corporations in a multitude of commercial and property matters.
